Refund Policy

At Aroma Beauty, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring our clients have a clear understanding of our policies. Please review the following terms regarding refunds:

Service Packages

• Non-Refundable After Use: Once any service within a purchased package has been utilized, the package becomes non-refundable. This policy ensures fairness and reflects the value of services rendered.​
• Unused Packages: If none of the services in a package have been used, clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.​

Individual Services

• Cancellations: Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.​
• No-Shows or Late Cancellations: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.​

Gift Cards and Promotional Offers

• Non-Refundable: All gift cards and promotional offers are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.​

Exceptions

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In exceptional cases, management may, at their discretion, offer alternatives such as service credits or rescheduling.​
